1971 Incorporated as Sancoale Shipbuilders & Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
1973 Dry-dock started operating for vessels upto 1000 DWT
1975 First dry-dock in Goa to repair specialist vessels belonging to Yugoslavian Company
1977 Rebuilt 35 year old LCT's to Coastal Cargo vessels
1981 Chartered Iron ore carrying barges and entered into lighterage operations
1986 Began handling vessels carrying Fertilizers and other cargoes on BOL basis
1987 Jumboised 500 MT self-propelled barge M.V. RAJNANA to 775 DWT capacity
1989 Started operations in Jamnagar
1991 Started operations at Hazira
1992 Started operations at Bhavnagar
1994 Started operations at Revdanda
1965 Obtained permission to carry out lighterage operations beyond IV limits for M.V. JAIMADHO (1882 DWT)
Renamed the Company to Sancoale Shipping Limited
1996 Started operations at Dharamtar
1998 First Company to operate big barge at Dahanu
1999 Built one of the country's first NCV M.V. KSHIRSAGAR (2100 DWT) for short coastal service from Port to Port
2000 Started operations at Navlakhi
2001 Started operations at Krishnapatnam
